The main feature of the Economic Empowerment of Families is the provision of support in the process of building the capacity of families and young people, all with the aim of their easier, more efficient and sustainable access to the labor market. The program is set up so that it does not offer direct employment to users, but rather works on motivation and competence building, so that users have a more proactive attitude towards seeking employment and are more representative and competitive on the labor market.
Economic empowerment program youth and families
The program is excellent as an opportunity for young members of at-risk families to understand their potential, define their professional aspirations and actively engage in the job search.
Through the economic empowerment program, 27 young people from 22 families have been empowered so far. They are provided with formal and informal education in a number of areas: soft skills, assertive communication, emotional literacy, basics of computer work, accounting course with controlling, training for caregivers, supplementary high school education, driving test, development of culinary skills, English language course, German language course, basic beauty skills course, digital marketing course and web design course.
In addition to the above, over 600 advisory conversations were held with them and over 200 thematic workshop activities were carried out.
